Growing up by the Brahmaputra, Rishan Doley learned to master its waters through experience, not just knowledge. An adventure sports trainer and eco-tourism entrepreneur, he founded Baghmora Eco Camp eight years ago, offering immersive nature experiences while empowering his community.
More than just a business, the camp is a mission—Rishan donates 5% of profits to village welfare and has launched an NGO focused on combating soil erosion along the riverbanks. His vision is to uplift Baghmora village through sustainable tourism and conservation efforts.
